We are fully capable of managing the entire production process; starting from creating relevant design data, sourcing applicable raw materials, testing materials, manufacturing with fine quality, releasing with applicable qualification certificates, and shipping to the client.
We also undertake testing of materials and products when required to validate their conformity with applicable regulations.
Through our connections with individuals within the industry, we are able to assist in other regulatory approvals such as FAA, CAA (UK) as well, when required by the customer.
We have a stringent independent monitoring system in place that controls our procedures, and a document server system to process our approval packages. This enables us to consistently deliver documents that are in line with the latest aviation regulations, in a timely fashion.
We are known for our efficient project delivery lead times and competitive pricing amongst our recurring clients, giving us an edge over our competitors. Our pricing system also includes attractive discounts for first-time and returning clients.
Despite being established as recently as 2020, our team of engineers are highly experienced in the EASA Design Organisation field.
Our Head of Design, Head of Independent System Monitoring, and our Compliance Verification Engineers have a collective experience of over 50 years in aviation, while each member of our dedicated team of engineers have at least 05 years of experience in working with DOAs.
Collectively, we have handled a diverse range of projects from simple minor changes to complicated cabin reconfiguration STC's, covering areas including structures, cabin safety / interiors, avionics and electrical, and continuing airworthiness.
